Our Hops
Wet Hops
Our Wet Hops come straight of the bine and onto your doorstep! These wet hops are harvested in late August or early September and come in 1lb or 5 lbs packages. Their fresh 78%-84% moisture requires that they only are available via preorder starting this spring. As shipping and delivery are time-sensitive for this product, shipping/delivery prices will be calculated and applied after the order is placed.
Dried Hops
Our dried hops are picked off the bines and dried to about 10%-14% moisture. They are stored in vacuum sealed bags and await shipping after harvest! They are viable until the next April season so you can make your favourite recipes well into the winter!
Pelletised Hops
Our pelletised hops are made from the dried hops within a week after harvest. They are packaged in mylar bags, sealed, and ready to be sold indefinitely!

Cascade
Favour and Scent: Floral and Citrus
Beer Uses: Strongly Hopped Ales, Pale Ales, and Fruit Beers
Chinook
Favour and Scent: Very Piney, Citrusy, and slightly Spicy
Beer Uses: Often used as a bittering hop in Pale Ale, IPA, Stout, Porter, and Lagers
Willamette
Favour and Scent: Floral aroma with a mild Spiced flavour
Beer Uses: Altbier, Blond, Kölsch, Pale Ale, Pils, Porter, Saison, Scotch Ale, Stout, Wheat beer, Weizen
Glacier
Favour and Scent: Pleasant herbal hop aroma
Beer Uses: American Amber, American Pale Ale, English Bitter, English Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Porter, Stout

Rhizomes and PLants
Rhizomes
Our rhizomes are available during April and May when the ground thaws in all our hops varieties. We uncover the crowns of our mature hops plants and sell the rhizomes so home hop growers can make their dreams a reality. Plants
Our 6" potted hops plants are for those home hop growers that don't want to grow their own from a rhizome but still want a hop plant. Available in all our hop varieties, during the months of June and July these plant could be yours! Bines
Our hops bines are perfect for those special occasion and can spice up any decor! Available from August to September in both cone and coneless varieties, these are perfect for wedding, hearth-warmers, or any place you want!
